Transparency in the financial management is our principle
We make publicly available our annual activity and financial reports, giving detailed information about our income and expenses.
2015 was one of the most active and challenging years regarding the financial management for Colour Youth.
During 2015 we run 3 funded programs and we sent one of our members to a traineeship at GLSEN, funded by the USA Embassy in Greece.
At the same time we have gained experience in managing European Union funds.
The major part of the Organization's expenses was the salaries of our staff members, a.k.a. EUR 41.814 or the 71.17% of our expenses.
The remaining expenses were split into actions and support materials for the ongoing programs.
Lastly, it is observed that the operational costs of Colour Youth were very low, less than 1000 euros, and this due to the lack of office space and the low subscriptions to umbrella organisations.
